Pool Party at Pool Poppa' and Grandma's

The other day we went to a pool party at Pool Poppa's. Dylan had a great time in the pool! He is getting better and better every day at swimming.

Dylan got to go to another birthday party. This one was a pool party for his friend Christopher.

Shelli's 33rd Birthday

I had a great 33rd birthday. It was a very busy and fun day! The kids made me handprints. Then we went to my birthday "party" lunch at Don Jose with Trailer House Grandma' and Matt. Then I took the boys to Pump-it-up for Grant's (Dylan's friend from preschool) 4th birthday party. Then we came home for some Boston Cream Pie! Thanks for a fun day family!

Since it was my birthday I got to sit on the big chair! lol.

Pool Time!

For Memorial Day we all went to Pool Poppa and Pool Grandma's house for swimming. This was the first time that Dylan "touched" the bottom of the pool with his feet. (Last summer, when he was 3, he would only sit on the steps.) Look at Dylan "swim" (aka:walk) in the pool!

Everyone Loves Bee-Bee

Dylan loves to share Bee-Bee with Trevor. Dylan is always giving Bee-Bee to Trevor. It's so cute.

Looks like Trevor also love Bee-Bee. I am not sure if Trevor will give Bee-Bee back to Dylan.

Pony Ride Day at Hephatha Preschool

A few weeks ago all the kids at the preschool got to go on pony rides. The company that brought the ponies also took everyones photo. As, you can see Dylan was a "Ham" for the camera!

Mother's Day 2012

We were supposed to go ice skating on Mother's Day, but because Matt was not feeling good from his car accident, we postponed it to another day. So instead of spinning on the ice, Matt bought a new car to replace the one that was lost in the accident. Here is what he got: A new fully loaded Dodge Charger.

...this was the only photo I actually got on Mother's Day. Trevor went car shopping with us and Dylan went to Bruin Nana and Poppa's house.

Trevor's 10 week appointment

We have another big baby! Trevor is the weight of a 5 month old and the length of a 4 month old. Trevor has just started sleeping for 7-8 hours at night. =)

At Birth: 8.7 lbs., 19.5 inches
6 Days old: 7.13 lbs.
2 Weeks old: 8.12 lbs., (75%) 21 inches (75%)
6 Weeks old: 12.11 lbs. (95%) 22 1/2 inches (75%)
10 Weeks old: 15.2 lbs. (98%) 24 inches (90%)

Hit and Run Car Accident

May 9th, Matt was in a hit and run car accident. Matt was sitting in traffic, not moving, when a truck plowed into the back of his car. Apparently, the truck did not see that traffic had come to a stop. Matt hit the car in front of him, that car hit the car in front of them. The truck driver never pulled over and just took off. Matt's car was totaled, and he went to the ER the next day. Matt has a concussion and whiplash but is getting better every day.

Here is what his car looked like. He says it saved his life, and we are both impressed with the beating the car took. The officer thinks the truck was going 40/50 MPH when he hit Matt. No one found the driver of the truck, but Karma will catch up to that guy soon!

The place where we got Trevor's 3d/4d ultrasound (Before The Stork) is having a "before and after" contest. They do two photos side by side to show people how clear the ultrasound is. I think this one of Trevor is pretty good. Right now Trevor is a top contender!

I decorated Trevor's room in an Island theme. It has palm trees, a monkey, a whale and pirate ships.  Here is how it came out.

Trevor Goes To UCLA

Trevor had his first trip to UCLA. (Too bad it was to have his cyst looked at.) Anyhow...he was dressed for the occasion.

Dylan's Preschool Open House

Last night was Dylan's Preschool Open House. He showed me all around his school. He had a great time hanging out with his friends too!

CHOC and our Wildlife

It has been a crazy 4 days in this house. To make a long story short, in only 4 days, our life involved a duck ONTOP of our chimney, another duck IN our chimney, a trip to TWO different hospitals, and a hummingbird in our kitchen. Our house is so not boring!

The duck on the left was inside our chimney. OC Animal control was able to get the duck out. Once the duck was out, the other duck flew off the chimney.
(I don't have a photo of our hummingbird...but Matt caught it in our kitchen with his hands.) CRAZY!!

While all this is going on...Baby Trevor came down with a high fever and because he is so young, they had to keep a close eye on him in the hospital. In the end, Trevor just had a "cold" that made him not feel good. (Trevor was 6 weeks old)

My Gym for Spring Break

Dylan is on Spring Break this week so we had some free time to go to My Gym. Dylan had not been to My Gym since he started Preschool. (7 months ago) Everyone was really happy to see Dylan, and of course, Dylan had a blast playing with everyone.
