Trevor Gets a Big Boy Bed

We moved the twin bed from my office into Trevor's room. He had been sleeping in the hallway, and saying he didn't like his little toddler bed. 

However, when it came to sleep in the big boy bed, he wanted nothing to do with it. So asked us to place his toddler bed next to the twin bed. He now sleeps in his toddler bed. He has 2 beds in his room. I wonder how long it will take him to sleep in his big boy bed. Only Trevor!

Trevor Steals The Nativity Scene

Since everyone thinks this story is funny, I will post it. I, on the other hand am still embarrassed. 

When Trevor and I got home from his school I looked inside his backpack, and this is what I found.

4 drumsticks, a tambourine, a drawing...and the classroom Nativity scene. Yes, that's right, Trevor stole the entire nativity scene from his classroom. I texted the teacher and I told her what I had found. I was hoping maybe he just put everything away in the wrong place....but the teacher thought that was a lot of items to "misplace." hahaha. So, I had to take Trevor right back to school to return the items. Oh Trevor! (He thought the teacher was a good sharer.) 

Here is Trevor's classroom having their "Happy Birthday Jesus Party." You can see the Nativity set on the table in the back. We returned it just in time!

Santa Visit 2015

The boys were super excited to see Santa this year. They were so excited that they did not even mind the 45 min wait!

They were so happy...I actually got 2 good photos!

Dylan asked for Mario Kart 8 for the Wiiu. (a video game)

Trevor asked for Treasure Truck (a toy truck) and a GIANT forklift. 

Santa told Trevor that a Giant forklift might not fit in his bag. 

After they saw Santa they rode the Christmas Merry-Go-Round.

 The boys went to Knott's Berry Farm and went Trick or Treating one Saturday. 

Trevor was getting some much needed advice. 

Trevor now has a headache. I don't think he enjoyed his advice.

Happy 10 Year Anniversary

For our 10 year anniversary, Matt and I went back to our Honeymoon spot...Maui!
(We celebrated a little early, and took the trip in September.)

Trevor breaks his pinkey toe

Trevor was playing with his tractors on the side of the yard. He thought he would lift the large giant stepping stones up with one of his tractors. When he did this...the giant stepping stone fell on his little toe. Poor T! Lucky, he only had to be in a soft cast for a week.
